Booking and contract
Submitting a form or WhatsApp message does not automatically confirm a booking. A contract is formed when we confirm the date, equipment, price, delivery and any deposit in writing and the customer accepts the offer or makes the agreed payment.
The customer must provide accurate information about the date, location, rider experience, group size and approximate rider weight.
Price, delivery and payment
The price includes only the items listed in the booking confirmation. Standard Zadar delivery is free. Short rentals outside Zadar use the published €0.60/km outward-and-return model unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Seven- and fourteen-day packages include free delivery to supported standard locations. Dubrovnik, ferry islands, moving yacht locations and special logistics are quoted individually.
Who may ride
The main renter must be at least 18. Minors may ride only with explicit consent and direct supervision of a parent, guardian or instructor.
Riders must be able to swim, be physically fit to participate and must not ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs or impairing medication.
Safe use
A helmet and flotation or impact vest are mandatory. Operator and manufacturer instructions must be followed. Riding among swimmers, near divers, in shallow water, over rocks or inside restricted areas is prohibited.
The equipment may not be modified, sub-rented, transported without approval or used for racing or commercial activity.
Deposit, inspection and damage
A refundable security deposit may be required for independent or multi-day rental. The amount and collection method are disclosed before confirmation.
Equipment is handed over inspected and its condition may be recorded with photographs. The renter is responsible for loss, theft or damage caused by misuse, ignored instructions, negligence or unauthorised riders. Normal wear is not charged.
Cancellation, weather and consumer rights
The cancellation and refund terms in the written booking confirmation prevail. We may relocate, postpone or cancel when conditions are unsafe. If we cannot offer a suitable replacement, the unused paid portion is refunded.
For leisure services booked for a specific date or period, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may not apply. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Liability and applicable law
eFoiling is a motorised activity with inherent risks including falls, collision, cuts and injury. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, but are not responsible for loss caused by breach of instructions, undisclosed health issues, intoxication, unauthorised use or force majeure.
Slovenian law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protection in the customer’s country or rules at the place of service. Complaints should first be sent to info@efoilrental.hr.
