Data we collect
We may process name, phone, email, preferred contact method, delivery address or location, date, package, group size, experience, messages, booking information and website technical logs.
We do not directly store full card details when payment is handled by an external payment provider.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, enter into and perform contracts, deliver equipment, protect safety, provide support, collect payment, keep accounts, handle complaints and prevent fraud.

Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared where necessary with hosting, IT support, communications platforms, payment and accounting providers, advisers and authorities.
WhatsApp, Viber, YouTube and other external providers process data under their own policies and may use infrastructure outside the EEA subject to their transfer safeguards.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months. Booking, contract and accounting records are kept for applicable statutory periods. Consent records are kept until withdrawal or expiry of a reasonable evidence period.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact info@efoilrental.hr.
You may complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, gp.ip@ip-rs.si, or another competent EU supervisory authority.
